WHAT DO I NEED TO DO, TO PREPARE FOR A SPA PARTY?
Choose a date & time for your party. Decide who you would like to invite. Pick your spa party package. Do the required deposit (deposit can be made by phone or at the spa) and secure your party date.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO BOOK MY PARTY?
We recommend that you book your party at least 30 days in advance. Last minute parties are always welcome. Please call us anytime.
DO YOU NEED A MINIMUM NUMBER OF GIRLS TO HAVE A SPA PARTY?
Yes, for a kids spa party there is a minimum of 4 girls (please check our party packages for more details).
WHAT IF A GUEST ARRIVES LATE?
Our parties are based on a schedule and it is very important that guests arrive on time. However in case a guest arrives late, the time scheduled will continue as planned.
WHAT IF A CHILD HAS ALLERGIES?
Please make sure to notify us with time prior to your event, so we can try to accommodate to your child needs.
WHAT IS THE CANCELATION POLICY?
All deposits are non- refundable. We require 2 weeks notice, if it is necessary to reschedule your party, otherwise your deposit will be forfeited. You may use your non-refundable deposit towards a new date.
HOW DO I BOOK A PARTY?
You can book a Spa Party by calling us to reserve your party date. A $150 deposit is needed to secure your preferred date, most major credit cards accepted as well as cash and Cash App.
WHEN IS MY FINAL PAYMENT DUE?
The final balance is due the day of the event at the end of the party. Any extra charges will be added and your deposit will be deducted.
WHAT AGES ARE APPROPRIATE FOR A SPA PARTY?
Spa parties are for girls of any age between 2 to 14 years old.
SHOULD I TIP THE PARTY HOSTS?
Our prices do not include gratuity. If you are pleased with our services, a gratuity is greatly appreciated.
